Royal Air Maroc Boeing 737 Makes Emergency Landing in Marrakech After Engine Failure

A Boeing 737 of the airline Royal Air Maroc, operating the Casablanca-Abuja route (flight AT586), had to make an emergency landing at the Marrakech-Menara airport.
The plane was forced to make a crash landing due to an engine failure, according to information reported by the specialized site Moroccan Aviation.
The seriousness of the incident prompted the pilot to deviate from his initial trajectory and head to the nearest airport to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
Upon arrival in Marrakech, the travelers found themselves in a delicate situation. According to a testimony, the passengers were forced to wait for more than two hours without the airline offering them any assistance.
