RIU Hotels to Resume Operations in Morocco as International Flights Return

The RIU hotel chain will reopen two of its units in Morocco. The RIU Tikida Palmeraie, in Marrakech, will resume its activities this Friday, and the RIU Palace Agadir, on February 7.
RIU has decided to reopen these hotels after the announcement by the Moroccan government to resume international flights to and from Morocco from February 7.

The Spanish hotel company will continue the reopening of its hotels in Morocco depending on the pace of the recovery of activities and the increase in tourist flows, mainly from the United Kingdom, said RIU officials to EFE.

RIU and the Tikida group own six hotels in Morocco, including three in Agadir, two in Marrakech and one in Taghazout.
