Rising Moroccan Star Mohammed Hamony Eyed by Barcelona and Rennes

Le Havre AC risks losing one of its gems. Mohammed Hamony, a 17-year-old striker, is attracting the attention of several top European clubs, including Stade Rennais and FC Barcelona.
At the end of his trainee contract with the Norman club, Hamony shone during the U17 World Cup in Indonesia last November and December, wearing the colors of Morocco. His performances have not failed to arouse the interest of several renowned recruiters.
While Le Havre AC wishes to retain its young talent and offer him a trainee contract, other clubs seem ready to step up a gear by offering him his first professional contract.
Stade Rennais and FC Barcelona are among the most serious contenders, while an unidentified Italian club is also interested, according to the newspaper L’Équipe.
