Rising French Soccer Star Bouaddi Likely to Switch Allegiance to Morocco
The young footballer Ayyoub Bouaddi, who plays for LOSC and the French under-21 national team, could soon change his sporting nationality to join the Atlas Lions.
At only 17 years old, this promising midfielder has already proven himself within the Lille club. His remarkable performances, particularly in the match against Germany, have aroused the interest of Morocco, which is trying to convince him to join its national team.
Although he has worn the Bleuets jersey twice in November, Bouaddi seems to have made the choice of Morocco. According to some sources, he would have already started the administrative procedures necessary to obtain Moroccan sports nationality.
This decision represents a loss for the French Football Federation (FFF), which could see a player of undeniable talent slip away, but also a very good move for Morocco if it is confirmed.
