Real Estate Scam in Morocco: Developer Dupes Buyers with False Promises in Berrechid

The real estate developer presented to the buyers, looking for an apartment in the locality of Sidi Rahal, a gated residence, composed of apartments, a parking lot, a sports hall and other infrastructures, making them believe that several infrastructures accompanied the project.

The neighboring land built by the municipality and intended for the public has also been included in its plan as well as other infrastructures sold at high prices.
