Raja Casablanca Appoints Rachid Taoussi as New Head Coach

A few days after the departure of Marc Wilmots, Raja Casablanca has recruited a new coach. It is Rachid Taoussi, officially presented on Monday, February 28, 2022, to the media at a ceremony organized at the Oasis Complex.
It’s official. The new coach of Raja is Rachid Taoussi. He thus replaces Marc Wilmots, who was fired on February 20 after a short stay at the head of the Greens. At 63 years old, coach Taoussi has signed a contract for one and a half years. He will be assisted in his new mission by Youssef Bekkari and Bouchaib El Moubarki.
The new coach is delighted to return to Raja. He had already coached the club from 2016 to 2017. Rachid Taoussi promises to work to win titles with the Greens. The new Raja coach has also been the coach of the Moroccan national football team. With him, the Atlas Lions participated in the 2013 CAN.
