Radisson plans 25 new hotels in Morocco by 2030

Radisson Hotel Group wants to strengthen its presence in Morocco, particularly in Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat and Tangier, in anticipation of the World Cup that the kingdom will co-host with Spain and Portugal in 2030.
Radisson Hotel Group wants to take advantage of Morocco, Spain and Portugal’s co-hosting of the 2030 World Cup to strengthen its presence in the kingdom. The group intends to open 25 hotels by 2030, with a focus on strengthening its presence in Casablanca and Marrakech. This ambition is part of its five-year plan.
"We will focus on strengthening our presence in Casablanca and Marrakech, where we currently operate the ideally located Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca City Center, and the highly renowned Radisson Blu Hotel, Marrakech Carré Eden," said Erwan Garnier, Senior Director, Development, Africa, Radisson Hotel Group.
The group is also looking to establish a presence in other key cities, including Rabat, Tangier, Agadir and Fez. "The introduction of the Radisson brand with the imminent opening of the Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle in the lively Gauthier district of Casablanca marks a notable evolution," Garnier added.
