Rabat-Salé Tramway Price Increase 2026 - Ticket Costs Rise
The Rabat-Salé tramway is now more expensive. For the past few days, the individual ticket has increased from 6 to 7 dirhams, while monthly subscriptions are also rising for the general public and students.
Rabat-Salé tramway users have had to pay more for their trips since the beginning of July 2026. The price of an individual ticket, whether purchased in paper or electronic version, has increased from 6 to 7 dirhams.

The increase also affects subscriptions. The "Irtiah" formula, intended for the general public, rises from 250 to 270 dirhams. For students, the subscription also increases, from 150 to 170 dirhams.
Rabat-Salé Tramway company justifies this revision by the increase in operating and maintenance costs, as well as the need to preserve service quality and continue network development.
