PSG Star Hakimi Open to Real Madrid Return, Praises Zidane’s Influence

The Moroccan international, Achraf Hakimi, does not rule out a probable return to his former club, Real Madrid.
"If Madrid wants me to come back, I’ll come back. Otherwise, I’ll have to write my story in another great club," said Achraf Hakimi, in an interview with TF1, during the "Téléfoot" program.
The Moroccan international confides that he maintains good relations with his former coach, Zinédine Zidane, to whom he says he owes a great debt. "Zidane is the man who gave me my chance and the confidence to play professional football. I am grateful for his trust in me and the way he treated me. I will always be grateful to him," he said.
The player’s loan period at Borussia Dortmund will come to an end in the coming months. Already, several major European clubs, including Bayern Munich, want to have Achraf Hakimi in their squad. The Moroccan international is at the top of the ranking of African players under 21 with the highest market value. A value estimated at 46 million euros.
