PSG Star Achraf Hakimi Urged to Consider Inter Milan Return by Ex-Napoli Player

In an interview, Omar El Kaddouri, 32, former Napoli and Torino midfielder, addressed Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi, 24, who no longer plans to leave PSG.
"My advice to the PSG star is to return to Inter Milan. That’s where he reached the highest level of his career. [...] The best version of Hakimi we’ve seen was in Milan," advised former Moroccan international Omar El Kaddouri in an interview with SportItalia. The Moroccan right-back helped the Nerazzurri win the Serie A title in the 2020-21 season. "Given that he is linked to Inter, in my opinion, it could be an opportunity for the Nerazzurri to think about his return, but he would also cost a lot," added the former Napoli midfielder.
After a successful year at Inter Milan, Hakimi signed a contract with PSG until 2026. A less brilliant choice in the eyes of El Kaddouri. "In my opinion, he arrived in Paris when it was a club with a lot of problems to solve," he explained, also advising Inter to sign the PSG star if the opportunity arises. "He is one of the best players in his position and he would bring a lot to Inter," he insisted. But the transfer fee could be a hindrance. The Parisian club had spent 70 million euros to recruit the Moroccan international.
