PSG Star Achraf Hakimi Under Investigation for Rape, Owns Spanish Real Estate and Ad Company

Achraf Hakimi has been making headlines since Monday with the announcement by Le Parisien of an investigation for rape. The Moroccan right-back of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) owns an advertising company and a recently acquired building in Spain.
Achraf Hakimi has owned the company Sashi Ha Investment SL in Spain since 2019, which manages his image. The company’s corporate purpose is "the management, representation, exploitation, administration and defense of image rights" of the footballer "outside the employment relationship he may have with any sports entity as a professional footballer". Will the company’s turnover drop after this rape case? In any case, it would not be surprising if the company lost its advertising contracts after this rape accusation.
In addition to this company, the player also owns a property in Spain that he acquired just a few months ago. Through his company, he concluded the purchase, before the notary on September 22 last, of a two-story building located in the center of the city of Getafe (Madrid). It is an old construction comprising two commercial premises with toilets on the ground floor and a spacious 167 square meter apartment with four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace on the upper floor.
Born in Madrid to Moroccan parents who have been living there for years, the 24-year-old young player comes from a very modest family. "My mother was a cleaning lady and my father was a street vendor. They made this sacrifice to allow me to play football. My brothers also had to sacrifice a lot of things. We were very poor. Now I’m fighting for them," he told the sports newspaper Marca. This residence, located in the neighborhood where he grew up and started playing football, is undoubtedly intended for his family. Hakimi, his wife Hiba Abouk and their two children currently reside in Paris.
