PSG Star Achraf Hakimi Opens Up About Family, Childhood, and Soccer Journey

In an interview, the Moroccan right-back of PSG Achraf Hakimi testified to his love and gratitude to all those who have sacrificed for him, not failing to mention his childhood, his attachment to the family and his passion for fashion.
Achraf has good memories of his childhood, especially the moments when he loved to play football with the children of the neighborhood and his brother. "We were always walking around with a ball in our hands and organizing matches everywhere," recalled the Moroccan right-back of PSG in an interview with the Italian magazine GQ Italia. His mother Saida is everything to him. "I truly owe her everything," he acknowledges. From her arrival from Morocco in search of a better life on the Iberian peninsula, she has tried to offer us the best and to guarantee us a solid and full of prospects future".
His whole family has been instrumental in his life and football career. Achraf does not hesitate to express his gratitude and love to the members of his family: Hassan, Nabil and Ouidad. "Everyone has sacrificed for me, including my brothers, to allow me to continue playing football. My mother, however, wanted to make sure I didn’t neglect my studies," he acknowledges further.
In addition to football, the ex-husband of actress Hiba Abouk is passionate about fashion and always pays particular attention to his look. "I’ve always been attracted to fashion, I like to dress up because it gives me confidence. As soon as the opportunity presented itself, I looked for a way to be at the forefront, but without losing my head. I’ve often changed my style and now I have a different vision of dressing."
