PSG’s Pochettino Praises Hakimi’s Strong Start After €60M Transfer

The PSG coach, Mauricio Pochettino, said that the Moroccan player Achraf Hakimi is adapting quite well since his arrival in Paris. In three games, the Atlas Lion has managed to show that he is capable of doing the job for which he was recruited.
As soon as he arrived at PSG, Pochettino took Achraf Hakimi under his wing, convinced that he will do good things, due to his potential. The club spent 60 million to acquire the services of the Moroccan player, because it had become urgent to fill the right-back position.
In three games, he already seems to have adapted perfectly. He has even scored, winning unanimous approval for his abilities as a right-back. Questioned at the end of the match against Strasbourg, in a press conference on Hakimi’s performances, the PSG coach seemed quite won over by the player’s abilities.
"I am satisfied with all the players. It has only been a few weeks, it is the beginning of the season, but each one must and will still progress in his game. We had to take the three points today, and that’s what we did, it was fundamental."
