PSG’s Achraf Hakimi Tops Champions League Speed Rankings at 36.5 km/h

Achraf Hakimi, the right-back of Paris Saint-Germain and the Moroccan international, was clocked at 36.5 km/h during the Champions League matches, making him the fastest player in the competition this season.
The Spanish newspaper Marca published the ranking of the 20 fastest players, and Hakimi surpasses big names like Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid), who comes in fourth place with a speed of 35.7 km/h.
In this top 20, we also find other PSG players: Nuno Mendes (15th) and Bradley Barcola (16th). The podium is completed by the German Nikolas Kühn (Celtic) and the Belgian-Moroccan Shamseddine Talbi (Club Brugge), both at 35.9 km/h.
We note the presence of many players playing in the Bundesliga: Alphonso Davies (Bayern Munich), Loïs Openda (RB Leipzig), Josha Vagnoman (Stuttgart) and Jeremie Frimpong (Bayer Leverkusen).
