Princess Lalla Khadija celebrates her seventeenth birthday

The Moroccan royal family is celebrating, this Wednesday, the seventeenth birthday of Princess Lalla Khadija, daughter of King Mohammed VI and Princess Lalla Salma.
Born on February 28, 2007, at the Royal Palace in Rabat, Lalla Khadija, younger sister of Crown Prince Moulay Hassan, is the second child of King Mohammed VI and his former wife, Lalla Salma.
Announced by a salvo of 21 cannon shots, the birth of Princess Lalla Khadija had been celebrated by Moroccans throughout the country.
On the same day, thousands of Moroccans had come to the gates of the Royal Palace to present their wishes to King Mohammed VI.
