Pregnant American Woman and Toddler Killed in Tragic Tangier Car Accident

It was a real tragedy that took place last Sunday near the corniche in Tangier where an American citizen, probably pregnant, and her 3-year-old daughter lost their lives in a traffic accident.
This traffic accident, in addition to the death of this mother and her daughter, caused very serious injuries to a third person, according to Hespress. The investigation is ongoing to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
Hespress explains: "According to eyewitnesses, this accident occurred after a small vehicle traveling at high speed hit the victim, who was most likely pregnant, as well as her daughter, both of whom died, while another person is currently in the emergency room in serious condition."
It can therefore be assumed that the three people who suffered the consequences of this irresponsible driving were not motorized. Many questions still surround this tragedy and the investigation’s conclusions will have to be awaited.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested and taken into custody, according to the instructions of the competent public prosecutor.
