Fatal Crash at Tangier Motorcycle Rally: Suspected Illegal Taxi Kills Two, Injures Five

The accident that occurred last Saturday in Tangier has finally resulted in two deaths and five injured according to the latest information. One of the injured succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
Motorcyclists participating in a motorcycle rally (which included about 70 vehicles) have just experienced a real tragedy when a car driving at high speed crashed into them, violently hitting five motorcycles, one of which caught fire.
According to El Faro de Ceuta: "the victims were participating in a motorcycle rally when a vehicle, presumably an illegal taxi, driving at high speed, lost control of its vehicle and crashed into five motorcycles." Two men died and five other people were injured.
The deceased victims are Youssef Hajjaj and Yassine Sbihi. The first died on the spot and the second succumbed to his injuries. Both are from Fnideq. Other motorcyclists from Ceuta were participating in this event. And one of them is among the injured.
Motorcycle clubs in Fnideq and Ceuta have expressed their consternation at this traffic accident and have posted their condolences online, while expressing their shock and the deep emotion that this tragedy will have provoked in them.
An investigation is underway to shed full light on this case.
