Peru to Face World Cup Semi-Finalists Morocco in Madrid Friendly

The Peruvian national football team will face the Moroccan national team in a friendly match on March 28, in preparation for the 2026 World Cup qualification matches.
Peru will cross swords with Morocco, a semi-finalist of the World Cup in Qatar. The match will take place on March 28, 2023 in Madrid, just three days after their friendly match against Germany on March 25 in Mainz, reports Trome.
The Moroccan team made history at the World Cup in Qatar by becoming the first African team to reach this stage of the competition. The team has quality players like Bounou, Ziyech, Hakimi, Boufal and Amrabat.
