Passenger Jailed for False Bomb Threat After Airline Cancels Wedding Trip

Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court has sentenced Adhnan Khalid, 37, of Wellesley Road, Buckhaven, a Vueling passenger whose wedding in Tangier was cancelled due to the loss of his luggage, who tried to take revenge on the Spanish airline by making believe in a bomb alert on a flight from Spain to France.
Adhnan Khalid was sentenced on Friday to seven months and 20 days in prison by Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, reports The Courier.
