Oriental Fashion Show Celebrates 50th Edition in Paris, Showcasing Moroccan Caftans

The Silk Road and Al Andalus Association are celebrating the 50th edition of the Oriental Fashion Show (OFS) this year. The event will be held on the Left Bank of Paris on January 24 and 25.
For the 50th anniversary of this initiative aimed at promoting the caftan, "the flagship of the excellence of Moroccan know-how by revealing the talent of fashion designers from the Kingdom," Hind Joudar, President of the OFS, promises an unprecedented edition, rich in color, with the participation of the "Mautassin" house of designer Aicha Mouaastassim. She will present a collection of caftans "highlighting Moroccan heritage and excellence." Fifteen other designers selected by the organizing committee will also be part of it.
As for the ceremony for the presentation of the Oriental Fashion awards, it will be held on January 27 at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, in order to reward the designers, stylists, and couturiers who contribute to "the preservation of the art of clothing." It will also be an opportunity to thank the partners and supporters who have accompanied the Oriental Fashion Show over the years.
