Nordine Oubaali Clinches Bantamweight World Title in Las Vegas Bout

A great victory for the Franco-Moroccan Nordine Oubaali who on Saturday in Las Vegas won the bantamweight boxing title by defeating American Rau’shee Warren.
Fighting for France, the boxer was unanimously declared the winner by the judges (117-111, 116-112, 115-113), which allows him to win his fifteenth fight out of the fifteen he has contested.
With this victory, Oubaali allows France to bring back the title 12 years after having raised a world champion title.
On Instagram, Nordine thanked his loved ones for their support. "Otherwise the one we don’t lead. Victory loves effort. And these last ten years have been punctuated by it. Never give up, follow your dreams. Believe in it to the end. Tonight, my victory is also yours. After so many sacrifices, doubts, work. I am proud of what we have accomplished together with my brother and coach @alioubaali. A thought for my father, rest in peace, and for all my family, my friends, my partners who support me. The belt is returning to France! And it’s going to stay there!"
It should be noted that at the 2012 London Olympics, Nordine had already defeated Rau’shee Warren.
