Al Nassr’s Nordin Amrabat Denies Salary Increase Rumors Amid Contract Talks

Nordin Amrabat refutes any allegation regarding his alleged salary demand, just like his compatriot, Abderrazak Hamdallah, before continuing the adventure with Al Nassr.
Nordin Amrabat would have demanded a significant salary increase from the management of Al Nassr to continue his adventure in Saudi Arabia. According to local media, the Atlas Lion wants to be aligned with his compatriot, Abderrazak Hamdallah, who earns an annual salary of $9 million (including bonuses).
This information, according to the same media, was immediately denied by the striker on his Twitter account: "In response to the rumors circulating about a salary increase request that I would have made to the management in exchange for a presumed extension, I confirm that this is completely false. I appreciate the fans and the management of Al Nassr."
Amrabat, who is under contract with the club until 2021, took the opportunity to send a strong message to the Al Nassr public: "Don’t listen to any rumors. We need your support," tweeted the Moroccan international.
Arrived last year in Saudi Arabia from Watford (England), the Atlas Lion shone last season. He has 5 goals and 10 assists in 30 games in all competitions.
