Al Nassr Demands $22 Million from Fired Moroccan Striker Hamdallah

Moroccan international Abderrazak Hamdallah not only has to deal with the fact that he has been fired from the Saudi club Al Nassr, but he also has to face a huge sum that the club is demanding from him.
83 million riyals, or 200 million dirhams. This is the amount that the Riyadh club is demanding from its former striker Abderrazak Hamdallah and is giving him four days to pay it. If the player fails to pay this amount, equivalent to his release clause, Al Nassr will take the matter to FIFA.
On November 23, Al Nassr unilaterally decided to terminate the player’s contract. Everything happened very quickly between the two parties after the match against Al Raed (2-2) on Saturday, November 20. Abderrazak Hamdallah had an altercation with his then coach, the Brazilian Marcelo Salazar, for not having been in the starting lineup. He is said to have then damaged the board used by the coach to convey his instructions.
And as if that were not enough, the player would have been violent and insulting in responding to the request for explanation sent to him. According to the Saudi media Al Riadiyah, Abderrazak Hamdallah is said to have sent messages to the club’s executive director, threatening to cause problems if the team did not let him leave.
This is how the club decided to terminate the player’s contract and is said to have tried to reach him many times, without success. Abderrazak Hamdallah has not yet spoken about his dismissal.
