Achraf Hakimi and his teammates will cross swords with the Chipolopolo of Zambia on Friday, June 7 at the Grand Stadium in Agadir starting at 8pm as part of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers for the African zone. Morocco had won in Tanzania in Dar es Salaam (0-2) in the second round of the 2026 World Cup qualifications: a goal by Hakim Ziyech and an own goal by Lusajo Mwaikenda. With three points, Morocco is at the top of the standings in its Group E, tied with Niger, Zambia and Tanzania. The national team has one game less, it is specified.
