Morocco Unveils 26-Man Squad for Libya and Gabon Matches Under New Coach

The list of 26 Atlas Lions who will take part in the matches on October 11 against Libya and then on October 15 of the same month against Gabon is known. Revealed by Vahid Halilhodzic, this list of players is the very first one drawn up by the coach since his arrival at the head of the technical staff.
The very first surprise on the list of the 26 players who have been called up to take part in the next gathering of the Atlas Lions is the absence of Abderrazak Hamdallah.
This list is marked by the presence of three players from the national championship, namely the goalkeeper of Raja, Anas Zniti, and that of Ittihad de Tanger, Hicham El Mejhed, called up for the first time, in addition to Ismail El Haddad of Wydad de Casablanca.
On the side of the new arrivals, we also note the presence of the right-back of Naples, Kévin Malcuit, the attacking midfielder of Standard de Liège, Selim Amallah, and Ahmed El Messaoudi, of the Dutch of FC Groningen.
