Morocco Suspends Flights with 13 More European Countries to Combat COVID Variants

Morocco has decided to suspend air links with 13 other countries, including Romania, Cyprus and Luxembourg, starting this Friday, April 16, until further notice. This decision is part of the preventive measures against the spread of the coronavirus and its new variants.
Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia are the 13 countries affected by this measure. The decision was made public by the National Airports Office (ONDA).
The list of countries with which Morocco has suspended flights in order to fight the new variants of the coronavirus now stands at 53. These countries are: Italy, Belgium, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Algeria, Egypt, Poland, Norway, Finland, Greece, Lebanon, Kuwait, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Cameroon, Croatia, Mozambique, Mali, Ghana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea-Conakry, Libya, France, Spain, Tunisia, Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.
