Morocco Stuns Belgium 2-0 in World Cup Upset, Ziyech Named Man of the Match

After Morocco’s impressive victory over Belgium (2-0), as part of the second day of the 2022 World Cup group matches in Qatar, Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech was named man of the match by FIFA.
Hakim Ziyech is one of the players to watch closely during this World Cup. He has just rejoined the group after a year’s absence and intends to put all his skills at the service of the team.
Thus, on Sunday, November 27, during the match between Morocco and Belgium, he was very enterprising and decisive in the victory of the Atlas Lions. It was on one of his passes that Zakaria Aboukhlal (92nd) scored Morocco’s second goal. The determination and commitment he showed throughout, remaining mobile, earned him the man of the match award from FIFA.
