Morocco-Spain High-Level Summit Postponed to 2021 Due to COVID-19 Concerns

The High-Level Meeting that was to bring together Morocco and Spain next week will not take place after all. It has just been canceled and postponed to February 2021. The official reason: the health crisis due to the Coronavirus.
This meeting is a crucial meeting during which the two countries exchange on the development of their friendly and cooperative relations.
In a joint statement, the two countries indicated that the current epidemiological situation prevents the High-Level Meeting from being held on the scheduled date with appropriate health safety guarantees for the two delegations. The postponement therefore comes to allow the two parties to meet again under the stated conditions for the safety of all.
