Morocco-Spain Border Talks Continue as Ceuta and Melilla Await Reopening

Since the resumption of maritime links between Morocco and Spain, the residents of Ceuta and Melilla have been impatiently awaiting the reopening of land borders. The subject is still the subject of discussions between the two countries.
Questioned during the press conference held at the end of the meeting of the Council of Government, the Delegate Minister in charge of Relations with Parliament, government spokesman, Mustapha Baitas, indicated that a decision could thus be made "within the time limits defined in the joint communiqué of His Majesty the King and the President of the Spanish Government."
It should be recalled that the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sànchez, had indicated at the end of his meeting with His Majesty King Mohammed VI that "passenger maritime links between the two countries will be restored immediately and gradually until the opening of all frequencies."
