Morocco Set to Face Niger in 2026 World Cup Qualifier

The Moroccan national football team faces Niger this Friday evening in Oujda, as part of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. An important match for coach Walid Regragui, who wants a quick qualification.
On Thursday evening, the Atlas Lions held their final training session at the Oujda Stadium of Honor. The national coach, Walid Regragui, used this session to make the final tactical adjustments and give his instructions to the players.
Arrived in Oujda on the same day, the Moroccan players shared an iftar before going to the stadium. They had previously spent three days in a training camp at the Mohammed VI Center in Salé.
Currently, Morocco is first in its group with nine points, while Niger is in second place with six points. The Moroccan team will seek a positive result to consolidate its lead in Group E.
