Morocco Sends Advance Team to Inspect Facilities in Gabon Ahead of Key Match

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has decided to send a mission to Gabon. The objective is to carry out a thorough inspection of the hotel where the Atlas Lions will stay as well as the training grounds, before their match against the Panthers, scheduled for November 15 in Franceville as part of the fifth round of the qualifiers for the 2025 CAN Morocco.
To allow the Moroccan team to prepare their away matches in optimal conditions, the FRMF has the habit of sending a delegation on site to check the training ground facilities and the amenities of the hotel where the Atlas Lions will be staying. This is the objective of the mission sent to Gabon, whose national team will host the Moroccan team as part of the fifth round of the qualifiers for the 2025 CAN Morocco.
The coach of the Moroccan national team, Walid Regragui, should publish the list of players called up for this match by the end of next week. The Atlas Lions will have a gathering at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Maâmora, before flying to Libreville where they will cross swords with the Panthers, on Friday, November 15 on the pitch of the Franceville stadium.
The men of Walid Regragui will then host Lesotho in Oujda on November 18 for the sixth and final round of the qualifiers for the 2025 CAN Morocco. Morocco is leading Group B with 12 points, ahead of Gabon, second with seven points. With three points, the Central African Republic is in third place, followed by Lesotho, last with one point and already eliminated.
