Morocco Scouts Scandinavian Leagues for Untapped Soccer Talent

The Technical Directorate of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) will go fishing for new talents in the Scandinavian championships. Players have already been targeted and some names have already been identified.
The FRMF has decided to change its strategies in terms of searching for new talents. From now on, the Moroccan officials will go prospecting in the far north of Europe, in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. It is a matter of a few visits to "assess the potential of Moroccans playing in these championships," reports Al Massae.
Among the Moroccan-Scandinavian players targeted, there are Mohamed Oufkir and Ossam Essahraoui who play in the Norwegian championship. There is also Robin Tihi, from AIK Solna in Sweden, and Jonas Rouhi who also played in the Swedish championship. These are all "players under 21 who can play with all the national team sections".
But the task will not be easy for the FRMF, because "most of these players have already played the qualifying rounds for the U21 and U19 Euro with Norway, Sweden or Finland," the same source specifies.
