Morocco’s Riad-Inspired Pavilion Wins Top Honor at Dubai Tourism Expo

Its riad-shaped design was elected among the 365 pavilions present at this edition, which saw the participation of 2,800 travel specialists from 90 Arab and foreign countries, including of course Morocco.
"The consecration of the Moroccan pavilion among the 365 present at this great tourism fair is a reward for the traditional Moroccan architectural art," rejoiced the director of the regional representation of the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) in Abu Dhabi, Mohamed Sadek Chaker, in a statement to the MAP.
Covering an area of 220 m2, the Moroccan pavilion notably presents the main national destinations with stands reserved for the prestigious hotels of the Kingdom, national travel agencies and the ONMT, the same source specifies.
During this 4-day show, industry professionals sealed deals worth over $2.5 billion.
