Morocco Reports Record 73 COVID-19 Deaths in 24 Hours

73 people died in the last 24 hours in Morocco due to the coronavirus. These figures constitute a record in the country since the start of the Covid-19 epidemic in the country.
Casablanca-Settat has 23 deaths, three more than yesterday. While Casablanca recorded 17 deaths, Settat recorded 4 deaths against 2 for Berrechid. It is followed by Rabat-Salé-Kénitra which has 14 deaths, including 7 in Kenitra, 2 in Salé and Skhirate-Témara as well as 3 in Khémisset.
In the Oriental region, 9 people succumbed to the coronavirus. Oujda-Angad is in the lead with 6 deaths against 2 in Nador and 1 in Guercif.
In Beni Mellal-Khénifra, Covid-19 killed 7 people. While 4 deaths were recorded in Beni Mellal, 3 were recorded in Khouribga.
As for Fès-Meknès, it saw the death of 5 patients with 1 in Taza, 2 in Fès, 1 in Meknès and 1 in Taounate.
In the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region, 4 people were killed. Tétouan and M’Diq-Fnideq each have 1 death and 2 deaths were recorded in Al Hoceima.
As for Marrakech-Safi, it recorded 3, including 1 in Marrakech, 1 in El Kelâa des Sraghna and 1 in Al Haouz.
Darâa-Tafilalet and Laâyoune - Sakia El Hamra each recorded 1 case in Laâyoune and Midelt.
