Morocco Reports Highest Daily COVID-19 Death Toll in Two Months, 196 New Cases

Morocco recorded 3 new coronavirus deaths on Monday, June 29 at 10 a.m., according to the latest figures published by the Ministry of Health on its COVID-19 dedicated website.
The total number of deaths now stands at 224 since the start of the COVID-19 epidemic in the kingdom, i.e. a fatality rate of 1.83%. It is one of the lowest in the world.
During the same day, 196 new infections were recorded, bringing the total number of infection cases to 12,248.
As for the number of recovered cases, they stand at 8,790 with the recording of 50 new remissions.
