Morocco Reports 78 New Coronavirus Cases, Total Reaches 8,302

Morocco has recorded 78 new coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health has just announced, bringing the total to 8,302 people affected since the first case in March.
In its report this evening, the ministry indicates that 7 regions have recorded cases since yesterday. Here are the details:
• Marrakech-Safi: 30 new cases for a total of 1,481.
• Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: 28 new cases for a total of 776
• Casablanca-Settat: 10 cases for a total of 2,777
• Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima: 4 new infections for a total of 1,186
• Oriental: two cases for a total of 196
• Béni Mellal-Khénifra: 2 new infections for a total of 127
• Fès-Meknès: one case for a total of 1,027
• Guelmim-Oued Noun: one new infection for a total of 46.
In addition, 44 people were declared fully recovered today, still according to the website dedicated to coronavirus. Since the beginning of the epidemic, 7,408 cases have been recorded in the country.
In addition, Moroccan hospitals and laboratories conducted 16,672 tests on Monday, June 8, the highest figure since last March.
