Morocco Reports 308 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Rises to 15,079

Covid-19 has infected 308 more people in the last 24 hours in Morocco, according to figures released by the Ministry of Health, bringing the total since the start of the coronavirus epidemic to 15,079.

• 0 deaths since last night. Total still at 242. Fatality rate at 1.6%.
• 15,832 tests. Total at 820,185.
• 177 people under treatment. Total at 3,390.
• 131 new recoveries. Total at 11,447.
It should be noted that Morocco has today decided to extend the state of health emergency until August 10. Moroccans and foreign residents also have the possibility to return from July 15 onwards.
