Morocco Ranked Among Safest Tourist Destinations for 2020

The year 2020 should be a beneficial year for Moroccan tourism. Indeed, the kingdom is not on the list established by the risk expert group, "International SOS".
The list produced by the risk expert group "International SOS" is based on three criteria: safety, road network security and access to medical resources in the event of a problem on site, reports Le360.
Morocco is doing well and maintains its place among "the safest" for travelers in 2020. It aligns results that correspond to the best rating (low risk) with regard to the first criterion, taking into account in particular political violence, the social climate and the crime rate.
All these criteria have convinced the "International SOS" group of experts that the conditions are favorable in Morocco for a prosperous year 2020.
Furthermore, the Moroccan authorities are working to densify and secure the road network. This explains Morocco’s good performance with a ratio of less than 20 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants per year, concludes the same source.
