Morocco Promotes Golf Tourism in Poland with Diplomatic Tournament

The Moroccan Ambassador to Poland, Abderrahim Atmoun, and the representative of the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) in Poland, Rachid En Naciri, organized the golf tournament "The Open Ambassadors Cup" in Warsaw last Saturday in partnership with other embassies. They took the opportunity to present "the tourist assets of Morocco as a golfing destination par excellence".
Several countries responded to the call of the Moroccan diplomat during this tournament, namely Ukraine, Georgia, Italy, Croatia, Malaysia and Hungary.
In his welcome address, the Moroccan diplomat Abderrahim Atmoun recalled the privileges granted to tourists in terms of offer, accommodation and tourist activities. For the ambassador, his country remains an essential and high-quality golfing destination and is one of the countries that respect ecological standards (Irrigation of courses with recycled water).
Alongside Abderrahim Atmoun, the representative of the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) in Poland, Rachid Naciri, spoke of Morocco’s tourism potential, emphasizing the diversified tourism offer and its high-level reception infrastructure.
This tournament brought together 80 players, including ambassadors and diplomats. They also celebrated the end of the summer season 2020, which took place in the presence of the Director of Political Affairs at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cyryl Kozaczewski.
