Morocco Poised for Major Offshore Wind Power Expansion, Global Report Finds

Morocco is one of the countries with huge potential to develop wind power in the world over the next decade, according to a new report from the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC).
The report notes that floating offshore wind power could significantly contribute to reducing dependence on gas, coal and oil around the world over the next decade.
