Morocco: PJD Members Face Trial for Unauthorized Protest Incitement in Tetouan

For having incited citizens to storm the public domain without having received authorization, several members and former municipal councilors of the Party of Justice and Development (PJD) are being prosecuted by the court of first instance of Tetouan.
According to the daily Al Akhbar, it is several members of the PJD from the northern region. They had been questioned by the judicial police services, before the court of first instance of Tetouan began, a few days ago, the summoning procedures so that they come to answer the charges against them. They are being prosecuted for "incitement to demonstrate and gather on the public highway without authorization".
