Morocco’s PAM Party Claims Second Place in Legislative Elections, Leader Hails ’Positive’ Results

Abdellatif Ouahbi, Secretary General of the Parti Authenticité et Modernité (PAM), welcomed the results obtained in the legislative elections.
The PAM achieved "very positive" results in the legislative elections held on Wednesday, said Abdellatif Ouahbi, speaking at a press conference after the announcement of the provisional results of the Legislative elections.
The tractor party indeed finished in 2nd place according to the provisional results published by the Ministry of the Interior, said Ouahbi, estimating that the PAM, which has just gone through a period marked by organic problems and differences, has been able to preserve its 2nd position achieved in the last legislative elections.
He took this opportunity to present his warm congratulations to the party’s activists and militants for their sacrifices, their contribution to the electoral operation and their partisan commitment.
And Ouahbi added that the political office will meet in the coming days to evaluate the party’s results and make the decision that will be communicated to the bodies of his formation.
