Morocco’s National Soccer Team Valued at €386.5 Million Ahead of Key Matches

Walid Regragui, coach of the Atlas Lions, is about to unveil the list of players who will be called up for the last training camp before the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN Morocco 2025). The Moroccan team will face Niger and Tanzania on March 17 and 24, 2025, as part of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. It ranks among the best teams. But how much is it worth on the market?
According to the Transfermarkt website, specialized in player transfer data, the market value of the Moroccan team is 386.5 million euros. Captain Achraf Hakimi has the highest market value: 60 million euros. He thus tops the ranking of the most expensive Moroccan players. He is followed by Brahim Díaz, a Real Madrid player, and Nayef Aguerd, whose value is estimated at 35 million euros each. They outpace Noussair Mazraoui (32 million euros) and the young talents Elyes Ben Seghir and Bilal El Khannous, valued at 30 million euros each.
Other Moroccan players have seen their market value grow after the November roster. Thanks to his good performances with Fenerbahçe in Turkey, Youssef En-Nesyri is currently worth 22 million euros. Same progression for his club teammate, Sofyan Amrabat. Abde Ezzalzouli has also seen his market value increase, reaching 15 million euros after a sharp drop recorded last summer.
Goalkeeper Yassine Bounou’s market value has remained stable: 7 million euros. He is followed by Salaheddine Chihab (1 million euros) and Munir Mohamedi (800,000 euros). Regarding the market value of the defenders, Abdelkabir Abqar is worth 7.5 million euros. His compatriots Jamal Harraq and Adam Masina are each worth 1.5 million euros. The market value of Adam Aznou, on loan to the Spanish club Valladolid, is estimated at 3 million euros, while Yahya Attiat-Allah, currently injured, is worth 2.2 million euros.
No major fluctuations for the midfield in terms of valuation. The market value of Azzedine Ounahi is estimated at 10 million euros. Ismael Saibari is worth 23 million euros, Reda Belhayane 10 million euros, and Oussama Targhalline, who now plays for Feyenoord in the Netherlands, is valued at only 3 million euros. It is not excluded that the national team’s attack will see changes during the next international break in March, with the likely call-up of Hamza Igamane, a Glasgow Rangers player (2.5 million euros), and Hakim Ziyech, whose value has fallen to only 5 million euros. Ayoub El Kaabi could be retained. His market value is identical to that of Ziyech. Soufiane Rahimi, the Asian champion, is worth 7.5 million euros.
