Morocco’s Ministry Addresses Concerns in Disability Recruitment Process

From the explanations provided by the ministry, it is noted that the written tests of the competition were designed for holders of higher diplomas, but taking into account the needs of the administration. Regarding the distribution in the examination centers, it was notified that the candidates were distributed taking into account various criteria such as the level of grade, specialization, disability and the simplification modalities provided at the request of the candidate.

As for the upheavals observed at the level of the change of place for certain candidates, the ministry explained that this is due to the wishes expressed at the last minute by certain candidates to benefit from an accompanying person. Thus, the numbered places of these candidates remained empty.

The written tests for people with disabilities, for the year 2019, were organized on December 15, 2019, for the recruitment of administrators and technicians, under the supervision of the services of the Head of Government, several ministerial departments, in coordination with the National School of Administration.
