Morocco Launches National Women’s Football League with 45 Clubs

The national women’s football league will be a reality in Morocco. The constituent general assembly organized by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) is to officialize this creation this Saturday, November 30 in Salé.
This new league will be responsible for managing the national competitions in which 12 clubs participate in the first division (D1) and 33 clubs in the second division (D2).
The FRMF specifies that the board of directors of the LNFF will include two representatives of the D1 clubs, one representative of the D2 clubs, one representative of the referees group, one representative of the coaches group and one representative of the former players group.
It is also announced for this December 1st, the holding of a constituent general assembly of the National League of Diversified Football (beach soccer and indoor soccer). This is also a requirement of the study day on national football held on August 5th.
