Morocco Launches Mobile One-Stop Shop for Expats in European Cities

Bringing administrative services closer to Moroccans of the World. This is the objective of the One-Stop Shop initiated by the Kingdom for its nationals living abroad.
This approach is part of the proximity policy put in place to improve the administrative services intended for Moroccans residing abroad. To this end, the mobile One-Stop Shop has made a stopover in certain European cities hosting consulates of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Several meetings were therefore initiated in Spain, Italy and Belgium to bring administrative services closer to Moroccans of the World and to improve the services provided to Moroccans Living Abroad (MRE).
During these meetings, the MREs were guided and advised on the legal procedures related to the various issues raised by officials from the supervisory ministry, as well as by several ministries and national institutions concerned with the affairs of the MREs.
These meetings precisely respond to the royal orientations and the provisions of the Constitution to strengthen the relations between Moroccans of the World and their country of origin, and to improve their living conditions and preserve their identity and interests.
Thus, through the established exchanges, the supervisory authority collects the various subjects and issues raised by the MREs and communicates with them on the new provisions and on the administrative and judicial procedures related to their requests.
These stopovers aim to raise awareness among our fellow citizens living abroad on the various services related to the "Marhaba" transit operation and the support programs during the summer period.
