Morocco’s King Mourns Former Intelligence Chief Abdelhak El Khiame

Following the death on Tuesday of the former director of the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations (BCIJ), Abdelhak El Khiame, King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences and compassion to the members of his family. A message in which he praised the skills and dedication of the illustrious deceased.
For the sovereign, the deceased demonstrated throughout his professional career a dedication, altruism and sincere patriotism in the service of the general interest, by contributing his skills to assume, with honesty and responsibility, the various security missions he carried out in an unwavering attachment to the constants and sanctities of the nation.
On this painful occasion, the king expresses to the members of the deceased’s family and, through them, to all his loved ones and friends, his deep condolences and his sincere feelings of compassion.
While sharing their grief in this painful ordeal, King Mohammed VI implores the Most High to grant them patience and comfort, to amply reward the regretted for the praiseworthy services rendered to his art and his homeland.
