Morocco’s King Mohammed VI to Visit Marrakech for Mawlid al-Nabi Celebration

King Mohammed VI is expected to visit Marrakech on Thursday, November 7 for a stay of a few days.
The Sovereign’s passage through the ochre city will coincide with the Mawlid al-Nabi, the date of which is scheduled for Sunday, November 10.
On this occasion, according to rue20, the ceremony commemorating this sacred religious holiday, which will be presided over by the King, will take place at the Koutoubia Mosque.
It should be recalled that on Wednesday, November 6, the Sovereign addressed a speech to the nation on the occasion of the 44th anniversary of the Green March.
