Morocco’s King to Honor World Cup Team and Players’ Mothers in Royal Ceremony

Expected this Monday at 4 pm, the Moroccan delegation that participated in the World Cup in Qatar will not return until Tuesday, just in time to participate in the ceremony that will be presided over by King Mohammed VI, and to which the mothers of the players are invited.
In addition to the players, the staff and the technical managers, the king insisted that the mothers of the players be present at this ceremony which will take place in Rabat on Tuesday, December 20. "It’s a very nice gesture on his part. Who knows, we might even take a selfie together," said the mother of Bilal El Khannous to the Dutch channel NOS.
Throughout the competition, the players were able to count on the support and accompaniment of their mothers. It is therefore to thank them for this presence that has been beneficial that the king has also invited them to this meeting which will take place a few hours after the arrival of the Moroccan delegation from Qatar.
Morocco finished 4th after their defeat on Saturday against Croatia, for the classification match. Despite this result, the players will be received in proportion to the feat accomplished.
