Morocco Hits Record 5,745 New COVID-19 Cases, 76 Critical in 24 Hours

Morocco has just broken the record for Covid-19 infections. 5,745 new infections, including 76 in a serious condition, in the last 24 hours.
These new cases of contamination are spread across several regions of the kingdom. With these 5,745 cases, the total balance of infected people since March 2 stands at 235,310, according to the daily Covid-19 bulletin of the Ministry of Health.
Regarding active cases, it stands at 37,442, among which 886 people are admitted to the resuscitation and intensive care units. 76 of these critical and severe cases were recorded in the last 24 hours.
The total number of intubated cases is 66 and those under non-invasive ventilation amount to 531. As for the occupancy rate of intensive care beds dedicated to Covid-19, it reached 38.4%.
